Sales Office and Support team
Our office / support staff are all currently working from home during our advertised opening hours and have full access to our normal resources / systems.
Engineering / Service & installation staff:
Our onsite installation / service / technical staff will still be attending your pre-arranged appointment as issued.
Our normal pre appointment reminders will be issued via email (48rs before appointment).
If we need to make any changes to your appointment due to issues (staff shortages / weather) on our part we will contact you to discuss prior to the appointment.
Can we please ask that the following is adhered to during that appointment otherwise we may not be able to provide the service / installation.
- Vehicles must be empty of all personal possessions and loose cushions. Floor storage lockers and under the beds must be clear and the gangway clear of all obstructions. Our technicians will not move an individual’s items.
- Your van may undergo a ‘fogging’ process to help eliminate any potential germs or viruses and therefor protect our technicians.
- On arrival on site our engineer will be wearing a mask and observing a strict 2m social distance, we ask that you also observe these two important procedures to ensure both your safety and that of our engineers.
- If you or anyone within your household is self-isolating or experiencing any Covid related symptoms please advise as soon as possible and we will have your appointment changed.
