Everyone we have been in contact with has been very helpful. The installer was friendly and confident about the work. He gave us additional feedback on the state of the camper van's underside (!) which will be very useful. The company takes communication seriously, and we were kept informed every step of the way. Very impressive, We can't fault them. We can't comment on the actual heater yet, as we haven't used it, but it was very neatly installed.
